HAYLEY LLOYD APPOINTED VP GLOBAL DIGITAL ACCOUNTS


LONDON, 22 APRIL 2013 - Universal Music Group has appointed Hayley Lloyd to the new London-based role of Vice President of Global Digital Accounts, reporting to Amanda Marks, Head of Global Digital Accounts. Lloyd was previously Director of Global Digital Accounts.

Universal's Global Digital Accounts team, based in both Los Angeles and London, provides continuous worldwide support to the company's major digital partners.  The team focuses on spearheading global promotions and campaigns, advising and working closely with digital partners on global expansion plans, reviewing business performance and recommending product and service improvements to assist partners in their efforts to deliver compelling and competitive music services around the globe.

The team also delivers key internal functions such as best practice training to Universal's companies worldwide and sharing knowledge and insight between major and developing markets to ensure that Universal Music delivers the most efficient and effective service to artists and digital partners.

Lloyd joined Universal as Director of Global Digital Accounts in October 2011. She was previously at Virgin Media where she worked as Senior Music Partnership Manager. Prior to Virgin she spent a number of years at Orange/France Telecom, latterly managing commercial partnerships with record labels and other music companies as Music Relationship Manager.
