Kanye to Hit Bookstores in Early 2008
UMG’s Kanye West is set to make his literary debut early next year with a book titled Thank You and You’re Welcome!
Thank You And You're Welcome! is described as "a volume of 'Kanye-isms" - the creative, humorous, insightful philosophies and anecdotes Kanye used to fulfill his rapid rise to success.
It captures the same wit, playful irony, and piercing insight already abundantly found in the rapper’s lyrics. Kanye calls it "a guide to creating, then celebrating your moment," and delivers his personal message uncensored, without any five-second delay or media distortion.
The book is co-written by author J. Sakiya Sandifer, the Chicago-based author of Think Think Think And Think Again and will be available for $10.00 in the US from December 15th.
Pre-orders can be made now at http://www.kanyeuniversecity.com where Kanye will be posting sample pages of the book in the coming weeks.
The first 500 books ordered will have the additional distinction of being personally signed by both authors.
