Rehab Video For Hit “Bartender Song (Sittin’ at a Bar)” Features Appearence By Country Legend Hank Williams Jr.

New Universal Republic group Rehab is unveiling a brand new video for its runaway hit “Bartender Song (Sittin’ At A Bar)” featuring country music legend Hank Williams Jr. and his daughter Holly Williams, who plays the bartender in the humorous clip. Both Williams’ shine in clever cameo performances sure to please the song’s diverse fan base. The new version comes on top of the original version which featured cameos by cult legend Danny Trejo and CHIPs alum Larry Wilcox.

Williams also lent his voice to the remix version of the plaintive hit in an irresistible duet with Rehab founder and frontman Danny Boone. The song has been garnering raves online and across multiple radio platforms (it’s currently #10 on the Alternative Mediabase chart), scoring as the nation’s premier jukebox anthem and sewing up the coveted #1 slot on Billboard’s closely watched Heatseekers Chart. The video was shot by versatile director Frank Borin, who has helmed clips for Eminem, Good Charlotte, Simple Plan, and others. The video for “Bartender Song (Sittin’ At A Bar)” has already been added to FUSE TV and Music Choice Television with more outlets expected to follow suit.

The song is from Rehab’s Universal Republic May 2008 debut album Graffiti The World, which has logged a 20% increase in sales this week, steadily inching towards the 100,000 copies milestone thanks to the band’s raved about non-stop summer trek, and the anticipation building for Rehab’s opening role on the upcoming Kid Rock Tour which kicks off in September.

The catchy single grew to prominence through a viral grassroots campaign and phenomenal word-of-mouth success via jukeboxes in bars and restaurants across the U.S, The track has garnered more than a million plays in the jukebox realm, becoming one of the biggest hits ever of the press and play circuit, as well as one of the most downloaded multi-genre hits on the internet (reaching all the way to #6 on the iTunes Rock chart.)
