Amy Winehouse Continues to Impress with 6 Grammy Nominations
Amy Winehouse's impact on the American music scene was reaffirmed this morning when she received a, quite impressive, 6 nominations for the upcoming Grammy Awards.
Led by the success of her smash single, "Rehab", the singer's American debut, Back To Black, has been a huge hit with music fans - this morning's nominations lock Amy in as one of the most successful artists of recent memory.

Universally touted as the most acclaimed UK singer in years, American music audiences were introduced to Amy Winehouse via the bluesy and brazen Back to Black, which saw its US in March of this year. Amy’s American debut has remained a fixture on the Billboard Top Albums charts since its release. Back to Black has sold more than 3 million albums worldwide, making it one of the most successful albums of recent memory.
The 50th annual Grammy Awards will be held on Sunday, February 10th at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. The show will be broadcast live on CBS starting at 8:30pm. Check local listings for channel.
