Zee Avi To Release Debut Album on May 19th
For those who don’t know who Zee Avi is, you might recognize her alias – KokoKaina. Zee Avi is an up and coming musician who was discovered after a number of years of posting videos of herself on YouTube singing her original music. This type of story is something that is becoming increasingly more common with other newly found talent, like Justin Bieber, only being noticed because of their YouTube video posts.
Zee Avi recently released a cover of the Interpol song “Slow Hands,” obviously adding her own artistic touches to the song. Click here to listen to Zee Avi’s rendition of “Slow Hands.”
Zee Avi will be releasing her debut album on May 19th, and will be going on tour to promote the album starting the very same day! Her complete tour schedule has yet to be finalized, but we will be sure to keep you in the loop as she releases more tour dates and locations. However, here is what we have so far:
