today that "Battleground Earth: Ludacris vs. Tommy Lee" will premiere on
Sundays at 10PM/ET starting August 3rd on Planet Green with an encore
airing on TLC every Thursday beginning August 7 at 8PM/ET.

"Battleground Earth: Ludacris vs. Tommy Lee" challenges hip hop superstar Chris "Ludacris" Bridges and rock god Tommy Lee to battle against the toxic forces destroying Mother Earth as they travel across the country on a 10-episode tour.

Viewers witness the two stars pushed to the limit as they attempt to keep their high-wattage acts on an eco-friendly course. Enlisting the help of their posses, aka "ecorages," Ludacris taps Willie Box, Sesean Bridges, and Tony "4 Ize" Hayes III while Tommy Lee relies on Diggity Dave, Johnny Colt, and Nina Bergman to help him get to the finish line. In case the ecorages don't add enough to the competition, Ludacris and Tommy have plenty of celebrity guests to turn to including Jane Fonda, Sean Combs, Pamela Anderson, Gene Simmons, and anyone else willing to lend a hand.
