UMPG SIGNS EXCLUSIVE WORLDWIDE PUBLISHING AGREEMENT WITH 4X GRAMMY AWARD WINNER, MULTI-PLATINUM ARTIST/HIT-MAKER MISSY ELLIOTT

Los Angeles, CA, May 28, 2008 - David Renzer, Chairman & CEO, Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG) announced today the signing of an exclusive world-wide publishing administration agreement with Missy Elliott, four time GRAMMY award winner and multi-platinum artist/hit-maker. Missy Elliott was previously with EMI Music Publishing.

Missy Elliott's vast publishing catalog includes her No. 1 hit songs "Hot Boyz," "Work It," and "Gossip Folks," as well as her Top 10 hit songs "Sock it 2 Me," "Teary Eyed," "Get Ur Freak On," "One Minute Man," "Pass That Dutch," and "Lose Control," among many others.

As an artist and producer, she has had six number one entries on the Billboard Singles charts. Missy Elliott has co-written hits with Ciara, Timbaland, Mariah Carey, Danity Kane, K.T.
