JASON ODELL NAMED VICE PRESIDENT OF BROADCAST ENGINEERING FOR IMF: THE INTERNATIONAL MUSIC FEED

SANTA MONICA, CA, May 15, 2006 – Jason Odell has been named Vice President, Broadcast Engineering for IMF: The International Music Feed, the multi-platform music entertainment brand that offers TV, VOD, Broadband and Mobile video music channels. The announcement was made today by the company’s President, Andy Schuon.

Odell, who developed and oversaw the technical aspects of the network's launch in January, 2005, has designed and implemented an entirely tapeless workflow for IMF. Moving forward, Odell will be responsible for the design, integration and management of all technical systems supporting the network. IMF plays The World's Best Music Videos and music shows such as Hip Hop Society, The Best of Farmclub and Journey To The Center of The Rock, as well as The Bridge (Latin America,) One World, Passage To India and Hello World.

Prior to joining IMF, Odell served as Senior Broadcast Systems Engineer for TechTV(now G4) from its launch in 1998 until 2004. At Tech TV, Odell was responsible for the design and integration for all of the network’s broadcast systems. He created news and promotion graphics systems driven by real-time data feeds, designed and built the infrastructure for a broadcast synchronous, interactive game and developed the software for the TechTV Netcam Network.

Formerly, Odell served as systems engineer for Great Circle Systems, a leading edge broadcast engineering firm in California. While there, he engineered and managed the first end to end digital nonlinear newsroom system in the US for KGO Television. He also assited in KRON Television’s digital transition and built the Visual Simulation and Virtual Reality Lab at Silicon Graphics headquarters in Mountain View. Odell began his career at the Bay Area Video Coalition where he managed technical operations at the world’s largest media training facility.
