SANDRA BRUMMELS APPOINTED VICE PRESIDENT, CREATIVE SERVICES, UNIVERSAL MOTOWN RECORDS GROUP

New York, NY, May 8, 2006 - Sandra Brummels has been appointed Vice President of Creative Services for Universal Motown Records Group (which consists of Universal Motown and Universal Republic Records), announced David Ellner, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations for UMRG.

"Sandra has established herself as both a creative force and energetic executive at Universal, instilling any role she inhabits with her trademark passion and sensitivity," stated Mr. Ellner. "Her keen ability to understand the always changing creative landscape and her unique talent for capturing our artists’ vision in the packages she creates for them makes her more than deserving of this appointment. We congratulate Sandra on her new position."

Previously Ms. Brummels served as Creative Director for UMRG, responsible for CD packaging, image development and all other creative elements for numerous artists and affiliated labels including Nelly, 3 Doors Down, Lindsay Lohan, India.Arie, Godsmack, David Banner, Chamillionaire, and others. Ms. Brummels joined the Universal Motown Records Group in 2000.

Prior to joining the UMRG, Ms. Brummels was Executive Director of Creative Services for A&M Records, working with artists such as Soundgarden, Blues Traveler, Sheryl Crow, Bryan Adams, and others.

Ms. Brummels began her career in the music business as a Graphics Coordinator for EMI Records.
