UNIVERSAL MOTOWN RECORDS GROUP APPOINTS KIRK HARDING TO SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF INTERNATIONAL MARKETING

New York, New York, March 13, 2006 - Universal Motown Records Group (UMRG) has promoted Kirk Harding to Senior Vice President of International Marketing, it was announced today by Andrew Kronfeld, on behalf of UMRG.

In his new role, Mr. Harding will oversee the international development of all Universal Motown Records Group artists including Akon, Damian Marley, Erykah Badu, India.Arie, Jack Johnson, Lil' Wayne, Nelly, Prince, and 3 Doors Down. He continues to be based in New York City and reports to Mr. Kronfeld.

"Kirk has worked with many different genres of music within many different cultures over the years," said Mr. Kronfeld. "He thoroughly understands the changing international music landscape and he comes to UMRG with a wealth of global music industry experience."

Originally from Auckland, New Zealand, Mr. Harding was most recently Executive Vice President of SRC Records, acting as the chief liaison between SRC and UMRG, and overseeing the day to day activities of all SRC artists including Akon, David Banner, Remy Ma, and Terror Squad. Prior to that, he was Marketing Director for Loud Records where he worked with artists such as dead prez, X-ecutioners, and the Beatnuts. He was also Vice President of International at Loud, overseeing international development for such artists as Wu-Tang Clan, Xzibit and Big Punisher. In his native New Zealand, Mr. Harding served as A&R Director for BMG New Zealand, having begun his career as Head Buyer for Marbecks Records in Auckland. Earlier, Mr. Harding was a popular radio personality and DJ on Auckland's 95BFM.
