NEW YORK, New York, November 12, 2010 – Universal Republic Records has promoted Frank Arigo to Vice President of Marketing, it was announced today by Kim Garner, Senior Vice President of Marketing & Artist Development for the label and to whom Mr. Arigo reports. Formerly, Mr. Arigo served as Senior Director of Marketing for the company.

Based at the label’s New York City headquarters, Mr. Arigo will continue to develop and implement an extensive array of marketing campaigns for Universal Republic’s award-winning roster of artists. Since joining the company in 2004, Mr. Arigo has been instrumental in helping build highly successful marketing and sales programs for such chart-toppers as Godsmack, 3 Doors Down, The Lonely Island, Hinder, Amy Winehouse, Jack Johnson, Colbie Caillat, Owl City, Anberlin and Florence + the Machine, among many others.

Mr. Arigo began his tenure in the music industry at Universal Music Group Distribution in 2000, working as an Artist Development Representative for Universal Motown Republic Group. In 2004, Mr. Arigo segued to Universal Motown Republic Group as Director of Sales and Field Marketing. Later, in 2007, he was promoted to Senior Director of Marketing for Universal Republic.
