Los Angeles, CA, October 25, 2011 – Evan Lamberg, President, North America, Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG) today announced the company has successfully negotiated an exclusive publishing administration agreement with Glassnote Entertainment Group’s Four Song Night Publishing. Through the deal, UMPG obtains administration rights for the existing songs that Glassnote controls as well as future works for the world (excluding Australia/New Zealand, Republic of Fiji and Papau New Guinea).

The Four Song Night Publishing catalog includes songs by GIVERS, Cara Salimando and Oberhofer, to name a few.
