Universal City, California, November 9, 2006 — Ken Gullic has been named Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Fontana, the independent distribution arm of Universal Music Group Distribution (UMGD), it was announced today by Steve Pritchitt, Executive Vice President & General Manager of Fontana.

Based in Universal City, Mr. Gullic will report directly to Mr. Pritchitt. In his new position, he will continue to oversee all aspects of sales for the company as well as their marketing initiatives.

Before joining Fontana, Mr. Gullic worked for a variety of independent labels as well as distribution companies. He worked several years as a Sales Rep for RED Distribution, where he finished his tenure as National Director of Product Development in 1996. He then served as Vice President of Sales for Relativity Records until 1999. Mr Gullic then served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Loud thru 2002, before moving to WEA as Director of Sales in 2003. Most recently, Ken was Vice President of Sales for Fontana.
