Universal City, California, December 5, 2005 — Universal Music & Video Distribution (UMVD), the award-winning sales and marketing division of Universal Music Group (UMG), the world’s leading music company, has appointed Erin Kroeger to Vice President of Sales Analysis, it was announced today by Mike Davis, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the company.

Based at UMVD’s headquarters in Universal City, Ms. Kroeger will manage the sales analysis department and will work closely with UMG labels and national retails accounts to identify and maximize sales opportunities.

“Erin’s diverse experience in finance, planning, market research and analysis at some of America’s top retailers is a perfect compliment to our company and specifically the analysis group,” said Mr. Davis.

Ms. Kroeger was formerly Divisional Vice President of Marketing Finance (NY) for Macy’s Merchandising Group. Before that she was Manager of Testing Analysis and Market Research at Victoria’s Secret Beauty. She also previously served as Manager of Planning and Marketing Analysis at Ballard Designs.

Ms. Kroeger received her M.B.A from New York University and her B.S. from Georgia Tech.
