When did you first hear Julianne Hough's music?
Julianne’s manager brought her music in to Luke Lewis and Brian Wright. They loved it! It was after they were drawn in by her voice they were told that Julianne also had another talent, dancing. Neither was aware at the time that she was a Dancing With The Stars Champion.

What interested/excited you most about Julianne Hough?
She’s a true entertainer. She can completely capture and excite you with her voice and energy.

What does Julianne’s music make you feel?
Emotional. She can make you want to get up and dance along, sing along or cry along with her. She has that something about her that makes you want to hear more...

When did you know that Julianne Hough would be the next sensation?
Our label and a few other industry folks were invited to attend Julianne’s rehearsal. I watched this young girl get up on stage, open her mouth and completely captivate the toughest audience she will ever have to perform in front of.

What about Julianne has you passionate about working with her?
She’s confident, appreciative and a great role model for this upcoming generation. She’s lived a lot of life for her young 19 years. She’s dedicated to everything she does and has a strong desire to learn and grow in this business.

Who would you say Julianne reminds you most of?
I’m not a fan of drawing artist comparisons because I feel each artist should be known for their own talent. I do feel however that Julianne’s dedication, hard work ethic, ability to relate to people and talent could be compared to the likes of Reba McEntire and Shania Twain.

What track on Julianne’s New Album was the most fun to do?
If I had to single out one, it would have to be “My Hallelujah”. When she sings that song, it is evident that entertaining is what she suppose to do in life.

Do you have any interesting collaborations on the new album?
Julianne sings a duet on this album with her brother and co-star of Dancing With The Stars, Derek. And, the duet was co-written by Marabeth Poole who is a sister to Julianne and Derek.
