UNIVERSAL MUSIC MOBILE - US NAMES ADAM FLICK VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING

SANTA MONICA, CA, June 12, 2006- Universal Music Mobile-US (UMM-US), the US division of Universal Music Mobile, has appointed Adam Flick to the position of Vice President, Marketing. UMM is a branch of the world’s leading music company, Universal Music Group (UMG). The announcement was made today by Rio Caraeff, General Manager of UMM-US, to whom Flick will report. Both Caraeff and Flick are based at UMG’s Santa Monica offices.

In his new role, Flick will be responsible for all internal and external marketing efforts in the North American market for UMM. He will liaise closely with UMG’s broad array of labels and eLabs division in order to maximize marketing and promotional activities with wireless carriers, mobile content distribution companies, device manufacturers and infrastructure providers. Flick joins an executive team which already includes Julie Lee, Vice President, Sales and Licensing and Tony Huidor, Vice President, Product Development & Operations.

Most recently, Flick was Chief Marketing Officer for Airborne Entertainment, Inc., a leading publisher and distributor of premier branded mobile entertainment content and applications, including branded properties such as MAXIM, Family Guy, Speed TV and the NHL, among others. Previously, he was Director of Marketing at Sony Pictures Mobile, a division of Sony Pictures Entertainment and has held marketing and business development positions at AT&T Wireless, AtomFilms/Shockwave.com, and Getty Images.About Universal Music Group
