MIKE DAVIS NAMED EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & GENERAL MANAGER OF UNIVERSAL MUSIC ENTERPRISES (UMe)

Los Angeles, California, April 24, 2006 — Mike Davis has been named Executive Vice President & General Manager of Universal Music Enterprises (UMe), the entertainment industry’s leading catalog and ancillary marketing company, it was announced today by UMe President Bruce Resnikoff. Based at the company’s Los Angeles headquarters, Davis reports directly to Resnikoff. Most recently, Davis served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for UMVD.

In this newly created position, Davis will oversee such UMe divisions as Film & TV Music, Special Markets, Product Development (A&R) and the New Door label, as well as all physical and digital sales & marketing initiatives.
