JAY WILSON APPOINTED VICE PRESIDENT, PUBLICITY, UNIVERSAL RECORDS

New York, New York, January 30, 2006 — Jay Wilson has been appointed Vice President of Publicity for Universal Records, it was announced today by Serena Gallagher, Senior Vice President, Pop/Rock Publicity, Universal Motown Records Group.

In his expanded role, Mr. Wilson will continue to be involved with all aspects of publicity and artist relations for the record label, implementing and developing media strategies for Universal Records’ Pop/Rock division. He continues to be based in New York City.

Mr. Wilson joined Universal Records as Director of Publicity and was soon promoted to Senior Director. Before joining Universal he was Director of Publicity for Warner Bros. Records. He began his career as Assistant Manager at New York End Ltd, an artist management company.

“Jay has grown into an extremely talented PR executive during his time with Universal Records,” said Ms. Gallagher. “He continues to bring a creative, outside-the-box approach to all of our campaigns.”

Mr. Wilson received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University.
