BODYWISDOM MEDIA AND BODY + SOUL MAGAZINE TO INTRODUCE A NEW LINE OF FITNESS DVDs
LOS ANGELES, CA, September 19, 2006 – Vivendi Visual Entertainment partner company bodywisdom media has joined with Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia’s body + soul magazine for two new fitness DVD titles, “Yoga for Beginners” and “Pilates for Beginners.” Both titles will be released on October 24 and will carry an SRP of $14.99.
This DVD fitness line is a companion to Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia’s (MSLO) body + soul magazine, a publication whose mission is to give readers the information they need to care for themselves, their families, and the planet in a way that is natural, sustainable, and personally satisfying.
These fitness DVDs allow users to choose the workout that’s right for them. Each workout can be customized by length of time and to target a particular workout goal, such as strength training, stress relief, or relaxation.

The DVD includes 12 customized easy-to-follow routines, exclusive insights from the instructor, two levels – one for first time users, the other for beginners, and articles from body+soul magazine.
