Geffen records artist Ashlee Simpson continues to maintain her status among pop’s elite with the recent release of her single "Outta My Head (Ay Ya Ya)". Teaming with the multi-talented producer Timbaland, Ashlee’s single premiered just before Christmas and will serve as the debut track for soon-to-be released album Bittersweet World.

Directed by Alan Ferguson, the video shows Ashlee searching for advice and consultation after being bombarded by the opinions of her haters, lovers, the media, her family and record executives.

“Outta My Head” is available at Ashlee's Official Website. Ringtones for the single are currently available exclusively to Sprint customers.

The 23 year-old Simpson climbed the ranks of the music industry in mid-2004 with her top ranked debut album Autobiography. Additionally, Ashlee starred in her own reality series The Ashlee Simpson Show. Ashlee’s next album, Bittersweet World, is set to be released in March of this year.
