ALLI TRUCH APPOINTED SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CREATIVE SERVICES, ISLAND DEF JAM MUSIC GROUP
New York, June 15, 2005– Alli Truch has been appointed Senior Vice President, Creative Services, Island Def Jam Music Group, it was announced today by Mitch Imber, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Island Def Jam Music Group. In this capacity, Ms. Truch will oversee all day-to-day activities and art direction for artists on the Island Def Jam roster, including all aspects of their album packaging, point-of-purchase design, and advertising. Ms. Truch, who is based in New York, will report directly to Mr. Imber.

Ms. Truch has spent five years as Vice President, Creative Services, J Records, after seven years in the same post at Elektra Records, which she first joined in 1993, as Art Director. She began her career in music at Polygram Records in 1989, as a Designer/Art Director. Ms. Truch received a diploma in Visual Arts, with major in Visual Communication, from Canada’s Alberta College of Art & Design. She attended New York’s School of Visual Arts as a special status post-graduate student in Media Arts (Graphic Design).
